Fullerton "Five Star" agent award to Glenn Ritchie 2010

Fullerton "Five Star" award to Glenn Ritchie 2010.

I was so excited to receive a phone call from the "Orange Coast Magazine" to notify me that I was selected as one of the top real estate agents for 2010. The resulting list of "Five Star Real Estate Agents" is an elite group, representing less than 3 percent of all licensed agents in the Orange County area. Recipients were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they know through personal experience. The magazine hired Crescendo Business Services to find out which real estate agents have most consistently wowed their clients. Only original surveys--no copies-- in specially designed envelopes were valid.

I have lived in the beautiful "Hillcrest Park" area of Fullerton for over 33 years. The house, built in 1912, was used originally as a bunkhouse by orange grove pickers. I was a Professional photographer for many years and always loved working with people from all walks of life.  So here I am again helping people to sell or buy a nice home in Fullerton and other areas of Orange County. Past clients become friends and friends help each other when they need some helpful ways in making their home a better one.

Thanks OC Magazine for honoring me as one of the top 3% agents in Orange County for 2010.

Santa comes to Fullerton

Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa arrives in full glory at Fullerton train station via the special Metro Link Santa train.  This has been an annual event here at Fullerton Station over the years. Toys for tots is the main focus along with the help of the Fullerton Fire Dept and the City of Fullerton. Over 2000 people stood along the platform to see the brightly lite train arrive.

It slowly came up to the station playing all those favorite tunes that we all know. What a fun night we had. We parked on the opposite side of the platform took a seat and ate Tacos.  It was great watching all the happy families gaze at the lights along with the timed music. There were children pointing at Santa trying to get his attention as snow flakes that were floating down from the train. A colorful night was enjoyed by the all, thanks to the City of Fullerton and all who participated to make it event happen.

New high end small digital cameras

New high end small digital cameras for everyone of exceptional quality are here now and will be for the future. If are looking into buying a DSLR or a reflex type digital camera with all those fancy lenses and the large zoom lens...forget it. New technology means smaller,  better quality lenses with all the bells and whistles that will fit into your pocket are here to stay. An example of this can be seen now with a few high end brands such in Canon, Olympus, Panasonic and the Korean giant Samsung. Some have larger  and faster BSI- CMOS  (back side illumination) censors, sharper f2 24mm wide angle lens never seen before, pure HD for those utube or presentation videos and all those manual controls that most people never use. If you are looking for a camera that you need for those special indoor and outdoor shots of your listing one of these will be more that fine for the job. They are not your usual "Point & Shoot", all these are high end digital cameras. Ask Glenn for additional info as to which camera to buy. Just email or log onto my web site for more tips on cameras.
